Your Reports Remain Confidential
Reports submitted to CRA are never displayed publicly. Detailed report information is available only to authorized paid users. Uploaded invoices, supporting documents, and reporter identities remain confidential and are not shown to other customers. Free accounts see only company names, high-level CRA status, and the status of reports they personally submitted.
How searches, watchlists, and report access work
Searching the company directory does not consume a credit.
Adding a company to the watchlist does not consume a credit.

Opening a company’s full report uses one report credit.
One credit unlocks that company’s report for 30 days.
Reopening the same report during those 30 days does not use another credit.

What counts as a company report unlock?
Searching the directory does not use a credit. A credit is used only when you open a company’s full report. That report remains unlocked for 30 days, and reopening it during that period does not consume another credit.
What happens after 30 days?
The report returns to locked status. Free and Professional users must use another available credit to reopen it. Business users can reopen it using their unlimited report access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Active subscriptions remain available until the end of the current paid period when cancellation is requested. Pending or manual-review subscriptions are canceled immediately. The account billing page shows the current cancellation status.
What happens when a company disputes a report?
A reported company can submit a dispute or correction request. CRA reviews the request through its documented process. Purchasing a subscription does not influence or accelerate moderation or dispute outcomes.
Is my uploaded invoice visible publicly?
No. Supporting invoice documents are used during the review process and are not displayed publicly. Only approved report information is published on the company profile.

- Secure Manual billing: Paid subscriptions require confirmed payment status before access is activated. A pending payment status does not unlock premium features.
- Disputes and reports are free: Payment is never required to submit a delinquency report, file a dispute, request a correction, or respond to a report.
- Payment does not affect report outcomes: Subscribing to any paid plan does not remove negative reports, guarantee favorable moderation decisions, influence dispute outcomes, or accelerate or slow review of any submission.
- Not an official credit bureau: Cannabis Risk Alert is an independent transparency platform. It is not a government agency, official credit-reporting bureau, court, or legal authority. Information is user-submitted and moderated for completeness — it does not constitute a legal finding.
- Cannabis Risk Alert Score: The Cannabis Risk Alert Score is a proprietary risk monitoring indicator. It is not an official credit score, FICO score, or equivalent under any consumer credit law.
- Accuracy: All reports may be disputed or corrected through our dispute process. CRA does not independently adjudicate disputes or guarantee the accuracy or currency of any posted information.
